On Friday 1st December, 7Safe Information Security hosted another successful ISN event at Cambridge Consultants’ prestigious premises on Cambridge’s renowned Science Park.

The event was targeted towards IT professionals and those interested in IT security in the region.

The ISN featured 7Safe consultants specialising in the three fields of digital forensics, penetration testing and ISO 27001.

Presentations covered topics including: the relevance of digital forensics in collecting corporate evidence for use in civil cases, how hackers gain unauthorised access to wireless devices including Bluetooth and its inherent vulnerability, the nature of Information Security Management Systems and the benefits of following ISO 27001.
